For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named MM Study Online (MMSO).
Country refers to: Myanmar (Burma).
Company (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) refers to MMOI Tech Co., Ltd, 285, Khay Mar Thi Road, Yangon, Myanmar, 11031.
Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, cellphone, or digital tablet.
Service refers to the Application and related website services.
Terms and Conditions (also referred to as “Terms”) mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding use of the Service.
Third-party Services means any services or content (including data, information, products, or services) provided by a third party that may be displayed, included, or made available by the Service.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Service and form a binding agreement between you and the Company.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
You represent that you are at least 13 years old, or older if the law in your jurisdiction requires a higher minimum age. The Company does not permit anyone under the applicable minimum age to use the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with our Privacy Policy.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services, including, without limitation, Cloudflare, Zoom, MMQR, Stripe, Dinger, and other payment or infrastructure providers, that are not owned or controlled by the Company.
The Company does not control and is not responsible for the content, terms, privacy policies, security, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the applicable third party’s terms and policies.
Subject to these Terms and successful payment, the Company grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to access and use purchased eLearning content for your personal learning use only during the applicable access period.
For paid course purchases, access begins when payment is confirmed and remains valid until the expiry date determined by the purchased plan/duration (including any valid extension or renewal applied by our system). If you repurchase or extend an active course, the new period may be added to your current remaining access period according to system rules.
This license is personal to you and may not be shared, exchanged, sublicensed, resold, assigned, or otherwise transferred. Access may be restricted, suspended, or terminated for violations of these Terms, including unauthorized account sharing or abuse of device/session limits.
All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, platform design, trademarks, branding, and platform-level materials, are owned by MMOI Tech Co., Ltd or its licensors.
Course and learning content made available through the Service may be provided by the Company, education centers, instructors, or other authorized contributors. Ownership and licensing of such content may vary by content source and applicable agreements.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you must not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, reproduce, republish, display, perform, scrape, download in bulk, or commercially exploit any part of the Service or its content. Access is granted only for personal, non-commercial learning use during your valid access period.
We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid copyright complaints.
If we receive a valid notice from a copyright owner or an authorized representative, we may remove or disable access to the reported content, and we may take other actions required by applicable law or platform policy.
We may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.

The Service and all content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always available, or that any defects will be corrected within a specific time.
Service interruptions or limitations may occur due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including third-party service failures, network or power outages, device or platform issues, natural disasters, governmental actions, and other force majeure events.
Access period
Access to paid content starts when payment is successfully confirmed and remains available until the applicable expiry date for that purchase.
If an active purchase is extended or repurchased, the expiry date may be updated according to system rules.
Expiry reminders
For eligible paid purchases, we may send expiry reminders before the expiry date, subject to system timing and frequency controls.
Extensions
Extension or repurchase options may be shown based on system rules (including current access status and time near expiry). Availability can vary by course, provider, and account status.
Service interruptions
We use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service when interruptions occur, but restoration time is not guaranteed.
Downloaded content and offline access
Offline/download features are available only in supported app environments and may not be available on all platforms (including certain web/browser environments).
Download links, tokens, and playback access may be technically controlled and time-limited.
Downloaded or cached content may become inaccessible after expiry, sign-out, uninstall, device change, app data reset, file modification, or when required playback validation/decryption can no longer be completed.
Expired content behavior
After expiry, access to course learning content may be restricted or locked by the system.
Some user records (for example, purchase history, certain discussion/certificate-related records, or compliance records) may continue to exist, while content access is limited.
Live meetings and recordings
Some courses include third-party live sessions (including Zoom).
Where enabled by host settings, live sessions may be recorded and may include participant audio/video or shared content.
Availability and quality of live sessions/recordings depend in part on third-party services.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, which may include Dinger, Stripe, MMQR/KBZ, and other providers made available in the Service from time to time.
Available payment methods may vary by course, center, country/region, platform, currency, and account or plan eligibility.
By submitting payment, you authorize the selected payment provider to charge the applicable amount shown at checkout, including any taxes, fees, exchange-rate effects, or provider charges that are presented in the payment flow.
Prices, promotions, exchange rates, and availability may change at any time for future purchases. Such changes do not affect payments that were already successfully completed.
Users may register and log in using phone OTP verification. Where available, email OTP and related verification flows may also be used.
To protect account security and reduce unauthorized sharing, we enforce device/session controls, including:
You may request account deletion using the in-app “Delete My Account” feature. Deletion processing may include account deactivation, identifier anonymization, and soft-deletion behavior. Certain records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, anti-fraud, security, compliance, or audit purposes.
Purchases are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable once successfully processed.
In limited cases, we may review and provide a refund, credit, or adjustment, such as confirmed technical access failure attributable to our Service and reported within a reasonable review period.
No refund is guaranteed for events beyond our reasonable control, including third-party outages, internet/power failures, natural disasters, governmental actions, war, or other force majeure events.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
Coupons may provide discounts at checkout, subject to each coupon’s own terms, including scope, validity period, eligible courses/items, usage limits, and anti-abuse controls.
To support fair usage and checkout integrity, a coupon may be temporarily reserved during checkout (typically up to 10 minutes). If payment is not completed within the reservation window, the reservation may expire automatically, and the coupon may need to be revalidated or may no longer be available.
Coupons may be rejected, suspended, withdrawn, or invalidated if eligibility conditions are not met, limits are reached, the coupon has expired, or abuse/fraud checks are triggered.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will be limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in abuse or fraud, created security risk, or acted unlawfully.
Where reasonably practicable, we may provide notice before termination. However, we may suspend or terminate access immediately without prior notice when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or urgent operational protection.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including payment, intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute, and legal compliance provisions) will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Myanmar, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
If You have a concern or dispute, You agree to first contact us and attempt informal resolution.
If You are a consumer in the European Union, You benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
If these Terms are translated, the English version controls in case of conflict.
We may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice before changes take effect.
Your continued use after changes become effective means You accept the updated Terms.
