Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named MM Study Online (MMSO).
Country refers to: Myanmar (Burma).
Company (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) refers to MMOI Tech Co., Ltd, 285, Khay Mar Thi Road, Yangon, Myanmar, 11031.
Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, cellphone, or digital tablet.
Service refers to the Application and related website services.
Terms and Conditions (also referred to as “Terms”) mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding use of the Service.
Third-party Services means any services or content (including data, information, products, or services) provided by a third party that may be displayed, included, or made available by the Service.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Service and the agreement between You and the Company.
By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You disagree with any part of these Terms, You may not access the Service.
You represent that You are over the age of 13. The Company does not permit those under 13 to use the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with our Privacy Policy.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services, including Cloudflare, Zoom, Stripe, Dinger, and other payment or infrastructure providers, that are not owned or controlled by the Company.
The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
In consideration of your payment, we grant You a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to access and use purchased eLearning content during the purchased access period.
This license is personal to You and may not be shared, exchanged, sublicensed, or transferred.
All rights, title, and interest in the Service, software, platform design, and related intellectual property are owned by MMOI Tech Co., Ltd and/or relevant content owners (including education centers and authorized instructors, as applicable).
You must not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, reproduce, republish, display, perform, or commercially exploit any content except as expressly permitted for your personal learning use.
We may remove content from our Service when we receive a valid copyright complaint from the owner or authorized agent.
We may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

The Service and content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available operation. Outages may occur due to factors beyond our control, including third-party failures, internet/power outages, disasters, or force majeure events.
Your access start date is the purchase date. Access remains available until the applicable expiry date.
We may send reminders for expiring paid courses, typically from the current date up to three days before expiry, with frequency limits per purchase.
Extension options may be shown based on system rules, including proximity to expiry. Availability may vary by course and status.
We will take commercially reasonable steps to restore service when interruptions occur.
Downloaded videos are intended for app-supported environments. Download/offline capability may be unavailable on web browsers. Download links and access mechanisms may be time-limited and technically controlled.
Downloaded content may become inaccessible after expiry or if app/device data is removed, app is uninstalled, files are modified, device is replaced, or decryption/keys can no longer be validated.
After expiry, learning content access may be locked. Some records (for example, discussions or certificates) may remain, while other data/access may be limited according to system behavior.
Some courses include Zoom live sessions. Zoom sessions may be recorded (including audio/video when enabled by host settings and user participation media).
We support payment through third-party providers, which may include Dinger and Stripe. Available payment methods can vary by course, center, country, platform, and plan eligibility.
Prices may change at any time for future purchases. Price changes do not affect completed purchases.
Users may register and log in using phone OTP and related verification flows (and where available, email OTP flows).
To protect account security and reduce unauthorized sharing, we enforce device/session controls, including:
You may request account deletion using the in-app deletion feature. Deletion processing may include anonymization and deactivation/soft-deletion behavior, with retention of some records where required for legal, accounting, anti-fraud, security, or audit purposes.
Purchases are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable once processed.
At our sole discretion, refunds or adjustments may be considered in limited cases, such as confirmed technical access loss attributable to our Service and reported within a valid period.
No refunds are guaranteed for circumstances beyond our control, including third-party outages, natural disasters, infrastructure failures, war, or similar force majeure events.
Coupons may provide discounts at checkout subject to each coupon’s own conditions, scope, validity period, usage limits, reservation/hold rules, and anti-abuse checks.
Coupons may expire, be withdrawn, or fail validation if conditions are not met.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company’s total liability for any claim related to the Service shall be limited to the amount You actually paid for the relevant Service.
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
We may suspend or terminate Your access at any time, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms, abuse, fraud, unlawful behavior, or security risk.
Upon termination, Your right to use the Service stops immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Myanmar, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
If You have a concern or dispute, You agree to first contact us and attempt informal resolution.
If You are a consumer in the European Union, You benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
If these Terms are translated, the English version controls in case of conflict.
We may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice before changes take effect.
Your continued use after changes become effective means You accept the updated Terms.
