MMSO Platform — Terms and Conditions for Centre Admins

(A) Centre Admin Authority and Permissions

A Centre is a teaching organization that has: at least one registered contact phone number; at least one Centre Admin who is knowledgeable in the relevant Profession and Categories; and at least one Instructor who will teach at least one complete Course within a Category.

A Centre Admin is a person officially appointed by the respective Centre who is responsible for managing the Centre's daily and monthly operations and for overseeing all teaching-related activities of the Centre's Instructors.

The Centre Admin has full Create, Read, Update, and Delete (CRUD) rights over the following content belonging to Instructors under active contract with their Centre:

The Centre Admin has the right to create new Instructor accounts under their Centre for Instructors under active contract.

The Centre Admin has the right to create Coupon Codes for Courses belonging to their Centre only.

The Centre Admin has View-Only access to Sales Reports, Coupon Code activity, Revenue figures, and enrolled Student data related to their Centre's Instructors and Courses.

(B) Main Admin Authority Over Centre Content

The Main Admin may not create, edit, or delete any Courses, Instructors, Chapters, or Content owned by a Centre without the Centre Admin's consent.

The Main Admin has View-Only access to all Centre content under normal circumstances.

The Main Admin may intervene to create, edit, or delete Centre-owned Courses, Instructors, Chapters, Content, and Coupon Codes only when the Centre Admin has violated the Quality Standards defined in Section (C), and only within the scope of the specific violation.

(C) MMSO Quality Standards

When Centre Admins create or upload Centre Data, Instructors, Courses, Chapters, Content, and Coupon Codes on the MMSO platform, the following quality standards must be met.

(C-1) Centre Data

Centre name, phone number(s), address, and description must be accurate, complete, and reflect the Centre's real current situation.

(C-2) Instructors

(C-3) Courses and Chapters

Course access duration is set per price option:

Course Price (1) — Short-term

Course Price (2) — Long-term

Either one or both price options may be set per Course. Course Price (2) must be at least 2× the amount of Course Price (1).

Lifetime access means the Student retains access to that Course permanently without an expiry date.

(C-4) Content

All Content (Videos, Quizzes, LIVE Sessions, Resources, Discussions, Assignments) must be original content that the Centre owns the copyright to. Copying or using content that is copyrighted by another Centre, Instructor, individual, or organization is strictly prohibited.

(C-4-a) Video Lectures

(C-4-b) Quizzes

(C-4-c) Resources

(C-4-d) LIVE Sessions

(C-4-e) Discussion Forum

The respective Instructor must respond to Student questions in the Discussion Forum at least once every 3 days.

(C-4-f) Assignments

(C-4-g) Storage

Storage quotas are determined by the Centre's active plan tier:

Free Plan — 5 GB included

Pro Plan — 100 GB included

Business Plan — 400 GB included

Additional storage add-on packs may also be purchased directly from the MMSO Admin team.

(D) Centre Subscription Plans

Centre Admins may send campaigns to their Students through the MMSO platform.

Push Notifications are available on all plans up to the monthly limit defined in Section (D).

Email Campaigns are available on Pro and Business plans up to the monthly email limit included in the plan. Additional email packs may be purchased at $1 USD per 2,000 emails.

(I) Coupon Code Rules

(J) Pricing Rules

(K) Discount Revenue-Sharing Agreement

MMSO and the Centre mutually agree that a pre-set marketing discount of 20% will be applied to Courses for marketing purposes.

If either MMSO or the Centre applies a discount exceeding 20% (via Coupon Code or any other means), the party applying the excess discount must compensate the other party for the revenue difference caused by the portion of discount beyond 20%.

Coupon Code discounts must not exceed 50%.

(L) Payment Methods and Fees

MMSO supports the following payment methods for Student course purchases:

MMQR (Local Myanmar) MMQR processing costs are included within the MMSO Platform Service Fee. No additional gateway fee is charged separately to the Centre or Student for MMQR payments.

PromptPay (Thailand) PromptPay payments are processed via Stripe. A PromptPay gateway fee applies and will be disclosed at checkout.

Visa / Mastercard (International) Visa and Mastercard card payments are processed via Stripe. International card processing fees apply and are charged to the Student at checkout in addition to the Course price. The international processing fee is disclosed to the Student before payment is confirmed.

Centre net revenue is calculated after deducting the applicable MMSO Platform Service Fee (see Section D). International card gateway fees are borne by the Student and are not deducted from Centre revenue.

(M) Course / Chapter Access Expiry and Renewal

When a Student's Course or Chapter access period expires, the content will be locked.

Upon locking, the following data will be permanently deleted unless the Student renews before expiry:

The following data will be retained regardless of expiry:

If the Student renews before expiry, all data remains intact and continues uninterrupted.

Students may renew at the current applicable price for the Course or Chapter.

Courses sold under Lifetime access (Course Price (2) — Lifetime) do not expire and are not subject to the above locking terms, for as long as the Course remains active on the platform.

(N) Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued after a Course or Chapter has been purchased.

Refunds will only be issued if the purchased Course or Chapter contains an error attributable to MMSO or the Centre that prevents the Student from accessing the content.

(O) Responsibilities and Liabilities

(O-1) Centre's Responsibilities

The Centre bears full responsibility for all teaching-related, legal, and copyright issues arising from its Instructors, Courses, Chapters, Content, Certificates, and Coupon Codes.

If it is confirmed that a Centre has used another party's copyrighted content without authorization, the Course containing that content will be immediately removed.

Once a Course has been sold to at least one Student, the Centre must continue to maintain and complete all Chapters and Content for that Course until the last Student's access period expires — regardless of whether the Centre remains partnered with MMSO.

The Centre must continue to review, grade, and respond to Discussions and Assignments for all Students until their access periods expire.

If the Centre fails to fulfill these obligations and Students are harmed as a result, the Centre must:

  1. Refund each affected Student the full amount paid for the Course or Chapter
  2. Compensate MMSO for all Platform Service Charges already collected for those Student purchases

The Centre bears full responsibility for any copyright infringement or legal violations related to Course content. MMSO accepts no liability in such cases.

(O-2) MMSO's Responsibilities

MMSO is responsible for the correct operation of Platform features including Centre/Instructor/Course/Chapter/Content creation, video playback, Quiz functionality, LIVE Session access, and Resource access — to a reasonable standard of operational quality.

MMSO does not guarantee that the Platform will satisfy every user in every situation.

MMSO guarantees that Students will be able to access purchased Courses and Chapters through the MMSO Platform for the full duration of their purchased access period.

MMSO will make best efforts to resolve Platform technical issues within 24 hours, except in cases beyond MMSO's reasonable control, including but not limited to:

For third-party service provider failures, MMSO cannot guarantee resolution within 24 hours but will make best efforts to switch providers or find alternative solutions as quickly as possible.

MMSO accepts full responsibility for data loss or corruption of Centre Content and Student data caused by MMSO's own systems — except in force majeure events or changes caused by the Centre itself.

If Content or data is lost or corrupted through no fault of the Centre, MMSO will:

  1. Refund each affected Student the full purchase price of the affected Course/Chapter
  2. Compensate the Centre the original Course/Chapter price for each affected Course/Chapter

MMSO guarantees that Centre data will only be accessed by:

No other individuals or organizations will be granted access to Centre data.

Because MMSO guarantees this security standard, Centres must not simultaneously publish their MMSO-hosted content on other platforms (including but not limited to: Telegram, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Google Drive, Google Classroom, etc.). If data leaks occur because Centre content was also published on such platforms, MMSO accepts no responsibility.

MMSO protects content security through token-bound encryption and by blocking screen recording and screen sharing on the Platform. However, MMSO cannot prevent a user from physically recording the screen using a separate device. If such unauthorized distribution occurs, MMSO will assist the Centre by identifying the distributor through the on-screen User ID and supporting legal action — however, MMSO will not bear the legal costs of any resulting proceedings.

(P) Instructor Departure and Transfer

(P-1) When an Instructor Leaves a Centre

(P-2) When an Instructor Transfers from Centre A to Centre B

(P-3) General Rules for Disabled-State Content

(Q) Revenue Disbursement

Revenue earned from Course and Chapter sales will be disbursed to Centres as follows:

Centre Net Revenue = Total Sales Revenue − MMSO Platform Service Fee

The MMSO Platform Service Fee varies by plan and course category:

Free Plan

Pro Plan

Business Plan

The Platform Service Fee includes all local MMQR payment processing costs. International card gateway fees (Visa/Mastercard, PromptPay) are borne by the Student at checkout and are not deducted from Centre revenue.

(R) Copyright

Content uploaded by a Centre to MMSO (Video Lecture files, Quiz files, Resource files) is copyrighted by the respective Centre.

For content that MMSO has produced or filmed on behalf of a Centre, the Centre holds the Copyright and MMSO holds the Related Rights. Under Related Rights, such content must continue to be sold on the MMSO Platform for up to 4 years after partnership termination. Revenue from such sales will continue to be remitted to the Centre in the normal manner.

If a published Course has no buyers within 12 months from the date it was first listed for sale, MMSO reserves the right to permanently remove the Course and its Content. Removed Content may not be re-uploaded.

After partnership termination, all Centre Content will be moved to Disabled status and may no longer be sold, except for Content covered by MMSO's Related Rights.

Existing Students retain access to their purchased content until their access periods expire (or indefinitely for Lifetime access, while the Course remains on the Platform).

Centres may download their Content within 1 month after partnership termination. After that period, MMSO is not obligated to retain the Content.

(S) Partnership Duration, Termination, and Data Deletion

The initial partnership term between a Centre and MMSO is 3 years.

Early termination is permitted only in the following circumstances:

To terminate the partnership, the terminating party must provide 30 days' written notice to the other party.

After termination, neither the Centre Admin nor MMSO may delete Course/Chapter/Content data while any Student's access period remains active. Content may only be set to Inactive state to stop new sales — deletion is not permitted until all Student access periods have expired.

After all Student access periods have expired and if the Centre has not deleted its Content, MMSO will delete all remaining Centre Content within 1 month after termination and full expiry.

(T) Instructor Agreement Requirement

Before any Instructor begins teaching under a Centre on MMSO, the Instructor must have reviewed and agreed to all terms in this document with the Centre in advance.

(U) Instructor Permissions (View and Edit Rights)

Instructors under a Centre have the following access rights:

(V) Certificates

(V-1) Certificate Feature Overview

The Certificate feature allows Centres to issue a completion certificate to Students who achieve the required progress threshold on a Course. Certificates are issued automatically by the MMSO platform when a Student meets the minimum progress requirement.

Each certificate contains:

Each certificate is publicly verifiable through the MMSO platform using its certificate number or QR code.

(V-2) Centre Admin's Certificate Permissions

Centre Admins on the Free plan may not customize certificate templates. The default MMSO certificate template will be used. Custom certificate template upload and AI-generated certificate design are available on Pro and Business plans only.

(V-3) Certificate Design Standards

(V-4) Certificate Data Retention

Certificate records (certificate number, issue date, student name, course title) are permanently retained even after a Student's access period expires, the Course is disabled, or the Centre ends its partnership with MMSO. Students can always verify their certificates.

(W) Student ID Cards

(W-1) Student Card Feature Overview

The MMSO platform supports two types of Student ID Cards:

1. Global MMSO Student Card Issued by MMSO to any registered Student. Contains the Student's name, phone number, email, MMSO Student ID number, profile photo, and a QR code. Managed by MMSO, not by Centres.

2. Centre Student Card Issued under the Centre's own design and branding. Issued to Students enrolled in that Centre's Courses. Contains the Student's name, phone number, email, Student ID number, profile photo, Centre name, Centre logo, issue date, and a QR code.

(W-4) Student Data Shown on Cards

Student ID Cards display data that the Student has provided to their MMSO account profile (name, phone number, email, profile photo). Centre Admins may not alter or falsify any Student data shown on cards.

(X) Referrer Program

(X-1) What Is a Referrer

A Referrer is a registered individual or entity that promotes MMSO Centre Courses to prospective Students. When a Student purchases a Course using a Coupon Code linked to a Referrer, the Referrer earns a referral commission from that sale.

Referrers are created and managed by MMSO's Main Admin. Centres do not create Referrers independently — Referrers are assigned to a Centre by MMSO.

(X-2) Centre Admin's Referrer Permissions

Allowed:

Not Allowed:

Centre Admins may only assign Referrers that belong to their own Centre. A referral commission percentage may be set on the Coupon Code. If a referral commission is set, a Referrer must be selected — a commission percentage without a selected Referrer is not valid.

(X-3) Referral Commission

(X-4) Referrer Data Responsibility

The Centre is responsible for ensuring that Referrer information (name, phone number, bank account name, bank account number) stored in the system is accurate and up to date. MMSO is not liable for failed or incorrect commission payments caused by inaccurate Referrer data provided by the Centre.
